The remnant

This week: Romans 11 by Ps Philip Sung. 8pm @ FSER0012

Last week: Review of Survivor 4.o: Time Management

This semester is hectic for all of us and so out of our control.
Minutes spent would not come back again in the future.
Yes, we can't control how many hours there is in a day.
Therefore, its our choice: To waste it? Use it? or Invest it?
Brother Fook Meng gave us insights on how we can maximize our time wisely

1) Determine what gives you the greatest returns out of your time
Ask: "What is the most valuable use of my time right now?"

2) Know that today matters
Psalm 90:12 says Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

Practical tips to maximize each day
1) Start with your Top Task
2) Identify the "Best Time" for your top task
3) Identify the "Best Surrounding" for top task
4) Plan your day (Get a diary and plan ahead
5) Be sure to have time to sleep and eat properly
6) Be aware of time thieves (Facebook, Dota, etc)
7) Make room for wholesome education

3) Be courageous to make the necessary changes
Hard moments are conflicts between doing the right thing and doing the easier thing. They are the key tests, the defining moments of life - how we handle them can literally shape our forever." Sean Covey"
